This book is game-changing!

I have read many books which claim to provide guidance on how you can foster your success. Most take the approach of sharing research conducted on individuals from all walks of life considered "successful", then go on to share common traits found among these individuals. This book is very different - finally there is a book that focuses on where YOU are, what in your life has contributed to getting to where you are, why you experience and interpret events the way YOU do based on your individual life events, and what it means to understand that. You can then move from that place to a place of understanding that you are in charge of where you are and where you want to go; this book provides guidance and tools for doing just that. Only you can determine what is outrageous success for you; it cannot be defined by someone else. The material in this book really challenged me, and helped me move forward in a productive and effective manner. I highly recommend not only reading this book, but being an active participant in the reflections the authors of this book guide you through.

When we know ourselves on a deep and profound level, and we can become deeply in touch with the origin of our responses to life, we can then begin to truly understand those with whom we interact on a daily basis, and the environment that we live in. The awakening that occurs from this is invaluable, and the steps outlined herein are clear, effective, and powerful.

To say the least, I was blown away by Barbara's wisdom, her insights and the depth of her work. I have been a professional coach for over ten years and the material she covers in this book has changed deeply, the way I am as a coach, and the way I approach my own personal transformation.
