Do Yourself A Favor

When I started reading Aurore's book, Beyond Natural Cures, the first thought that crossed my mind was: "At last ... an alternative doctor that`s not trading my prescriptions for a bag full of her supplements!"
Aurore believes that when your body is in balance - excessive supplementation is counter productive and not needed. All I know is that in an attempt to regain awareness and some cognitive skills (after my stroke four years ago), I saw numerous allopathic and alternative doctors, in addition to months of physical therapy.
It wasn't until I started Aurore's light therapy treatments that I began to think: "Maybe, I can get better." And I did.
Reading Beyond Natural Cures like watching the Godfather movie. The more you see (read) it, the more you understand it. Try it. It will give whole new perspective on staying healthy.

A WAKE UP CALL!

It took my awhile to finally dabble in the pages of " Beyond Natural Cures". I thought it would be another superficial book of do's and dont's. Yet, as I started to read it, I could not put it down. It resonated with my heart and the words in the book began to wake something up inside my self. WOW!! I am not alone. The feelings I have inside are real and it made me aware that it is time acknowledge and take responsibility in my life. This book gave me hope to do just that! A must read for any intelligent person that can desire more for their LIFE!

important read for all parents!

Just read this book!! I felt I could have written it myself! I felt a strong resonance with Dr. Aurore's appreciation and practice of Ayurveda and especially with the highly underestimated importance of emotional expression in a culture that makes it wrong; this was shockingly heartbreaking for me when i was a new mother and it was nice to have the reflection of another as passionate on this issue as I am down to the way if effects our health and healing.
The book also sheds light on the eerie drugging of the masses and the "natural" "med"wives whom may not be prescribing pharmaceuticals yet are still operating within the old paradigm which falls short of the whole being, emotional, physical, AND constitutional and can be just as greedy.
Thank you especially Dr. Aurore for your courageous words on speaking out on behalf of childhood! It is sadly true that childhood is simply NOT tolerated by our culture. This is an important read for ALL parents!
It can't be easy to hold the space as doctor and watch others give their power away and avert healing. I recommend this book to those ready to take health and healing in their own hands.
