Good Overall Handbook for a Small Coven Leader

I am working on my ADF clergy training program, and picked this up as a reference for my ethics course. It wasn't really applicable to what I was working on, but it would be a great reference for a new coven leader, and I think would dovetail nicely with the information in Coven Craft by Amber K to make a good "starter package" for coven leadership.
This book had a lot of good information, especially for someone who is starting their own group/coven and who is also potentially going to charge for their teaching or services. I especially liked the journaling exercises - they were very thought provoking. I thought the discussion of formal ethics was weak, and would recommend Living With Honour: A Pagan Ethics by Orr for a more straightforward discussion of that subject.
The book was well written, but could have used a professional editor - there were several instances of misused words (bear vs bare, etc) but overall the formatting was good and there were few typos. My biggest complaint is how fuzzy the diagrams are - some of them are so fuzzy they are almost unreadable.
Overall, this book does have a lot of good practical information about professional practices for a small coven leader, and I think it was worth the read even though it wasn't very applicable to my needs.
